Sony Cao, owner of Takara Sushi Restaurant in Kelly Square, has been a chef since 1984. He trained at Benihana's Restaurant, where he received the Benihana Chef Award for outstanding service for 10 years. Sony opened Takara Restaurant in October of 2006 and has enjoyed cooking sushi tapanyaki for over 23 years...
